Looks like it's going to be heavy again...I started iron pills and vitamins yesterday. We'll see what happens in the next two days...

Early?

Well, last time my period was here it went a little crazy. I think cuz I released all those toxins in my system without eliminating properly. I needed meds to get it back on track. It showed up again 2 days ago. Seems like it's a bit early. Hope it leaves soon.

Painless

My period surprised me in the bathroom just now. Pulled down my panties to do my business and there it was, bright red.

I guess my period showd up this month with no aches or pains because I'm doing the lemon cleanse. Cleaning out all the toxins in my body, especally the liver, tends to reduce mentrual pain, I've read.
